Fresh Wholemeal Bread Recipe

Ingredients:Bread that has risen

4 cups Wholemeal flour

2 pkts dry yeast or ½ tsp rapid rise dry yeast

1 Tbsp Salt

1 Tbsp molasses(preferred) or sugar(optional)

½ cup Sunflower seeds or Pepitas (or combine)

Scrambled Tofu

This is something I normally have for breakfast after my fruit salad with SLAP.

Ingredients

Firm Tofu scrambled with your hands or chopped in cubes

1-2 onions finely chopped

2-3 garlic cloves crushed

Olive oil

2 tsps Ground paprika

Cayenne pepper and celtic sea salt to taste

Method:

Add olive in pan and sauté onions until transparent,then add the garlic, paprika and seasoning to taste .

Add the Tofu and on a low to medium heat mix cook until tofu lightly golden. Tasty alternative to scrambled eggs.

My Special Everything Smoothie

Okay here goes

Smoothie Ingredients

1.5 X Cups of Soy Milk (organic if available)

1 X Egg, a large organic egg if possible

1/4 Banana, frozen from the night before

1/2 a cup berries, your choice, whatever is available, frozen or fresh. Choose from strawberries, raspberries, blue berries, etc.

2 Tablespoons coconut cream or organic yogurt

1 Tablespoon Chia

1 Tablespoon Psyllium Husk

10 almonds

1 teaspoon flaxseed oil

1 tablespoon agave syrup, or similar dark syrup organic(molasses)

Smoothie Directions

Put all of the above into a blender, and blend for 2-3 minutes, and that’s it.
